Olivier Severin

Principal

Mr. Severin has been involved with Design, Development & Renovation of Hotels, Luxury Multi-Family, Residential and Mixed-Use projects both domestically and internationally for over the past 20 years, with combined budgets in the $ billions. Olivier began his design career in the late ’90s with ‘Bent Severin & Associates’ in San Francisco. Over the years he continued to develop his skills and business acumen to eventually become the President and CEO of ‘Bent Severin Design’.

During his tenure as CEO, Olivier focused heavily in Asia and the UAE during their hospitality development boom. He has successfully designed numerous hotels in more than 25 countries, spanning the globe with all the major hotel groups such as Starwood, Marriott, Accor, Associa Hotels, Hilton, Hyatt, Raffles and Fairmont to name a few. Outside of domestic projects, Olivier spent the majority of his hospitality career focused in China, Indonesia, Japan, Africa and the Middle East.

Olivier decided in 2013 to pursue greater understanding in Multi-family development and operations, by joining Prometheus Real Estate Group in San Mateo, California. During his 5 years as the Senior Director of Design, Prometheus developed a multi billion dollar pipeline of top-tier new Multi-Family developments and over $200M in Capital Renovations and Acquisition rehabs.

 

Parinaz Honarpisheh

Director of Design

An award-winning interior designer of residential and commercial spaces, Parinaz strives to design unique interiors that will have a positive impact on the clients’ lives. With more than ten years of extensive and considerable experience, she possesses an innate desire to create and design space that exceed clients’ expectations.  With an eye for quality, a superior sense of style, and a client-centered approach to business, Parinaz has proven herself as an innovative designer.  She offers a balance of creativity, collaboration and forward thinking with a structured, organized, and detailed mentality; enabling her to deliver focused development, follow through and total completion to each aspect of the design.

After earning master’s degree in architecture, Parinaz decided to pursue her passion in Interior architecture and Design at UC Berkeley Extension, and since she was interested in theory of architecture, she got the architectural imagination certificate from Harvard University.

Parinaz’s experience runs the gamut from multi-family developments and hotels to single-family houses to high-concept. For Parinaz, design is a holistic, boundary-less enterprise ranging from master-planning and architecture to interior design and furniture selection.

 

Teresa Mooney

Sr. Interior Designer

Teresa received her bachelors in Architectural Studies and Studio Art from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Her work experience includes high-end hospitality, corporate offices, private residential, and multi-family projects. Teresa’s creative spirit stems from a young age, attending various art and design programs throughout her education. Growing up between Asia and the United States, her multi-cultural background exposed her to various architectural styles and design concepts, which has influenced how she approaches interior design today. She finds inspiration through history, art and her surrounding environment.

Teresa’s unique background and education lends to her keen understanding of various styles and aesthetics. This enables her to approach design from an expansive vantage point, and to weave a harmonious story through the use of finishes, furniture and art. Teresa believes interior design should feel timeless but also evoke a sense of the unexpected.

Iris Tianyi Xiong

Interior Designer | Leed Green Associate

Iris moved from China to the United States in 2014 where she attended and received her master’s degree in Interior Architecture from Boston Architectural College and was commended for outstanding achievement in Interior Architecture Thesis. She currently specializes in high-end hospitality, high-end single family residential and multi-family residential design. Iris has thrived both in Asia and in the United States, not only was she involved in government projects of multiple museums in China but was also engaged in numerous projects for city government education programs in the United States.

 

After earning her LEED Green Associate license, Iris has implemented her knowledge into her designing touch, by incorporating sustainable energy and environmentally friendly design into her multi-cultural mind. Her belief in interior design, is to achieve a harmonious environment that meets all the standards with her professional expertise. Iris’s unique background and passion of designing have made her to be “one-of-kind” interior designer.

 

Iris masterfully navigates the world of BIM design using Revit, and transforms her drawings to beautiful 3D renderings to truly showcase the new vision of the spaces she works in.

 

 

Tony Chiu

Senior Interior Designer | Leed Green Associate

Tony received his Bachelor of Environmental Design from the Art Center College of Design. He has over 10 years experience as an Interior Designer, working for well-known mid-to-large sized architecture firms such as ZGF, HED, NBBJ, and Wolcott. Tony has experience in all design phases from conceptual design to construction documents and is highly skilled in the art of modeling and creating high-quality renderings with Revit, Rhino, vary, enscape, VR, AR, Adobe Suites, and much more.

Tony’s passion for design runs deep within. Creating and shaping a person’s experience within a space is what inspires him, while at the same time evoking a sense of inspiration to the person inhabiting his spaces. He has worked on a wide range of design projects, with a focus on Corporate Commercial, Mixed-Use, High-raises, Hospitality, Higher Education, and Healthcare design, to which he loves to incorporate his passion for designing furniture and lighting fixtures in each of his projects. He enjoys the process of solving design problems through research as much as through sketching or computer modeling.

With his professional experiences, Tony looks at and analyzes elements of our world in detail, with scrutiny, which has helped him cultivate his own unique design aesthetic. He aims to visualize and design a better world with inspirational ideas, creativity, design innovations, and latest cutting-edge technology, creating and shaping a better overall experience.

Charlotte Rodowsky

FF&E Specialist

Originally from Paris, Charlotte moved from France to the United States where she attended and received her bachelor’s degree in Production & Set Design from Savannah College of Art and Design. After graduating with Magna Cum Laude Honor, Charlotte worked between France and the United States, providing design ideas, creations, and continuously engaging guests’ interest for companies such as Walt Disney Imagineering in Paris and NBC Universal in Orlando. With over 15 years in Business and Design, Charlotte design’s experience include interior design, set design for theater, theme parks, live events, shows and museums. Charlotte has honed her skills in graphic design, set design, lighting design, fabrics & textiles as well as a vast knowledge in antique furniture.

In addition to her Design background, Charlotte is also a skillful and ambitious business manager with extensive experience in enterprise business development, sales, integrated marketing, account management and professional services. She worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies located in United States, Canada, and Europe. With her strong business acumen, multi-cultural mind, design experience and excellent interpersonal communication skills, she is always ready for the next challenge ahead. Charlotte is a recognized abstract artist and has done multiple exhibitions in galleries of her Abstract Paintings in Paris. She is bi-lingual in French.

 

 

Ashley Fife

Senior Interior Designer

Ashley received her Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design at Baylor University. She has nearly a decade of experience in boutique hospitality, creative office spaces and high-end single family residential. However, her greatest passion and expertise is in multi-family design. As an award-winning interior designer, Ashley’s approach to every project revolves around a holistic mindset: develop a thoughtfully functional and aesthetically pleasing space that satisfies the client’s overall vision and meets the end user’s needs. Ashley’s understanding of efficient and marketable design solutions are rooted in her ability to efficiently connect with each client to fully understand their goals and expectations for every project.

 

She believes that a space reaches its full potential when a designer has provided an outlet for an emotional connection, and therefore strives to make every project memorable and impactful.

 

 

 

Jackie Schweiger

Procurement Manager

After receiving a bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts and Sciences from Michigan State University, Jackie went on to pursue an even deeper passion by earning a master’s degree in Interior Design from Florida State University. After graduation, she moved back home to Michigan to begin her career in high-end residential design where she worked her way up to Senior Interior Designer and Head of Procurement.  

Jackie has always gravitated towards opportunities that allowed her to help people as well as express her creative abilities. Interior design provides Jackie with the opportunity to engage in creative problem solving. Instead of just focusing on the aesthetic factors that go into design, she digs deeper to find solutions that allow a space to function to its full potential. Jackie’s extensive knowledge in sourcing FF&E and her keen attention to detail, has allowed her to be successful not only in creating beautiful designs, but also thrive at managing all aspects of the procurement side of design.

 

 

Melvin Jaleco

Senior Job Captain

Melvin Jaleco is an experienced CAD Designer in the field of Architecture, with over 16 years of experience in producing detailed architectural drawings and 3D models for a wide range of building projects. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture in the Philippines and honed his skills in computer-aided design through additional training and certifications.

Melvin has worked with various architecture firms in both the Philippines, Southeast Asia and the United States, including Award winning Architecture firms . He has contributed to the design of numerous projects, such as commercial buildings, residential complexes, and Healthcare facilities.

As a CAD Designer, Melvin is proficient in using software tools such as AutoCAD, Archicad and SketchUp. He has a keen eye for detail and works closely with architects and engineers to ensure that all drawings
and models are accurate and meet industry standards as well as having a deep understanding ofbuilding codes and regulations.

In addition to his professional work, Melvin is committed to continuing education and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology in the field of architecture. In his free time, he enjoys reading, cooking and taking an active role in he’s children’s upbringing.
